How and where do you find your items?

All the products we offer to you are articles essentially from France and New Zealand. CAFOUTCHE are looking every day for people, companies that respect the same ethics as ours: the natural, the “know- how” and the handmade preferably. In terms of product range, we are very open and for the moment we are marketing soaps, shoes and bags. Soon we will propose furniture, candle, bedsheet and more. If you have any suggestions do not hesitate to contact us to let us know. The human touch, this is CAFOUTCHE.

How can I get information about the brands you have at CAFOUTCHE?

The brands we resell at CAFOUTCHE are companies that we met personally and with whom we’ve exchanged. We invite you to send us your questions and requests by email at: lea@cafoutche.co.nz. We will be happy to give you the practical and necessary information you may need about these different brands.

What are your delivery options?

Our delivery options are simple. We have two different one:

1. Delivery in Auckland city: If the address we have to delivery to is situated in Auckland city, the delivery will take approximatively two to three working days. Delivery prices vary depending on the products you purchase, because of weight and size.

2. Delivery in New Zealand except Auckland city: If the address we have to delivery to is not situated in Auckland city, the delivery will take approximatively four to five working days. Delivery prices vary depending on the products you purchase, because of weight and size.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order directly by using the tracking code that is sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issue to find your tracking code, please contact us by email at lea@cafoutche.co.nz or by phone 021 165 9907.

If you are not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depo. If they have done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which depo location they have taken it to. CAFOUTCHE will not take responsibility of loss or damager items during transit. Please email us for any enquire.

Return

How can I return an item?

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product and want to return it to us for an exchange or a refund, these are the different steps you will have to follow:

  • Send us an email at: lea@cafoutche.co.nz with a photo of your product, an explanation of the problem you encountered and the date of the purchase.
  • We will give you an answer to your email as soon as possible and will communicate to you through the CAFOUTCHE address.
  • The product has to be return by post to our office (in a saleable condition).
  • After reception of your item, CAFOUTCHE will give you a refund or an exchange, depending the prior discussion.

Conditions:

  • Products need to be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
  • A refund will be returned to the same account used to purchase the item.
  • You will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost.

Where can I return an item?

All the return will be operated at the CAFOUTCHE office. We will communicate to you through our office address for any returned product. Please contact us by phone or email if you have any questions regarding the product, brand, shipping or return. lea@cafoutche.co.nz or 021 165 9907.
